Brandon Santini Joins Blues Traveler On Stage in Indiana

On February 20, Brandon Santini made a memorable guest appearance with legendary jam band Blues Traveler at the Fishers Event Center in Fishers, Indiana.

During the show, Santini was invited onstage to perform alongside frontman and harmonica virtuoso John Popper and the band, creating a powerful harmonica-driven moment that brought together two generations of players. The sit-in marked a special full-circle experience for Santini, who has long cited Popper and Blues Traveler as a the main influence on his musical journey.

Fans in attendance witnessed an electrifying exchange between the two harmonica players on their classic song, "Carolina Blues," blending Santini’s modern blues approach with the high-energy improvisation John Popper is known for.

Blues Traveler, whose career spans more than three decades and includes the Grammy-winning hit “Run-Around,” continues to be one of the most influential live acts in American roots and rock music.

For Santini, the guest appearance was not only a standout moment of the evening but also a symbolic milestone — sharing the stage with THE artists who helped inspire him to pick up the harmonica in the first place.
